We build this right - a proper foundation that takes roughly a month to do correctly. That means Google Ads verification, conversion tracking, landing pages, CRM configuration, and every technical piece tested before a single ad runs. Here's exactly what that looks like.

Week 1

Onboarding & Asset Collection

Your onboarding starts with a 30–45 minute intake call where we map out your services, service area, ideal customer profile, and goals. From there, we set up a shared Google Drive folder - your collaboration home base for the entire engagement.

Everything lives in that Drive folder: your brand assets, campaign reports, monthly invoices from ClickWorks, and your Google Ads billing statements. You always have full visibility into what's happening and what it's costing.

Week 1–2

Technical Setup & Verification

This is the most involved phase and the one most agencies skip over. We build a brand new Google Ads account for your business, configure conversion tracking so every lead is measured accurately, and install your Google Tag on your existing website.

Google now requires business verification for new ad accounts - this process may require you to provide a certificate of incorporation or equivalent business registration document. We guide you through this step and handle the submission. Your DNS CNAME record goes in during this phase so our servers can host your landing page subdomain.

  • New Google Ads account created under your business name
  • Your credit card added to Google - billed directly, we never see it
  • Google Ads business verification completed (may require certificate of incorporation)
  • Google Tag or Google Tag Manager installed on your existing site
  • Admin access to existing GTM or Google Analytics granted (or new properties created)
  • Conversion tracking configured and tested
  • DNS CNAME record added for your campaign subdomain
  • CRM workspace created and configured

On Google Tag Manager installation: If your existing website already has GTM installed, we'll ask you to add us as an admin so we can publish tracking tags without going through your web developer each time. If you don't have GTM, we install it. Either way, all we need is admin access - we're not modifying your site's content or design in any way.

Week 2–4

Build Phase - Pages, Campaigns & Automation

With the technical foundation in place, our team builds your landing page network, structures your Google Ads campaigns, and configures your CRM automation workflows. Every page is written, every ad group is structured, and every automation is tested before anything goes live.

You'll get a pre-launch review of your landing pages and campaign structure before activation. We want you to see what we've built and confirm it represents your business correctly.

  • Business logo (vector or high-res PNG preferred)
  • Brand colours and any existing style guide
  • Full list of services you offer and areas you serve
  • Access to add us as admin in Google Ads (or we create a new account)
  • Credit card on file with Google for ad spend billing
  • CNAME DNS record added to your domain registrar
  • Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics admin access (or permission to install GTM on your site)
